The pak360 name, brand identity and associated marks are the exclusive property of the Platform operator. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the pak360 name, marks or branding without express prior written consent.

Third-party brand names referenced on pak360 — including sports leagues such as PSL and ICC, payment services such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, and banking institutions such as HBL and UBL — remain the property of their respective owners. Their mention on pak360 does not imply affiliation, partnership or endorsement.

pak360 provides all Content on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any representation or warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, pak360 disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
