pak360 does not collect sensitive personal data such as financial account details, government identification numbers, health data or biometric data through the Platform. Any financial figures referenced on pak360 (such as PKR examples in bonus guides) are illustrative content — they are not user-submitted financial data.
5. How We Collect Data
pak360 collects personal data through the following mechanisms:
- Automatic Technical Collection: When you visit pak360, your browser automatically transmits certain technical information — including your IP address and device type — to our web servers. This is standard behaviour for all websites and is necessary for the Platform to function and display content correctly.
- Analytics Platforms: pak360 may use third-party web analytics tools to collect aggregated usage data. These tools use cookies and similar tracking technologies to compile reports on Platform activity. Where such tools are used, they are configured to anonymise or minimise personally identifiable information where possible.
- Cookies: pak360 sets cookies on your device when you visit the Platform. Cookie categories and their purposes are described in detail in Section 7.
- Direct Contact: If you contact pak360 directly via the support email address ([email protected]), we collect and store the email address and content of your message solely to respond to your enquiry.
6. Purposes of Processing & Legal Basis
pak360 processes personal data only for the following specified, legitimate purposes. Where applicable, we identify the legal basis upon which processing rests:
- Platform Operation & Delivery: Processing technical and usage data is necessary to deliver, maintain and improve the Platform's functionality. Legal basis: legitimate interests of the Data Controller.
- Analytics & Platform Improvement: Aggregate usage data helps us understand how users navigate pak360, which content is most useful, and how the platform can be improved. Legal basis: legitimate interests (proportionate and not overriding your rights).
- Security & Fraud Prevention: Technical data including IP addresses may be used to detect, prevent and investigate security incidents, abuse or fraudulent access attempts. Legal basis: legitimate interests and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations.
- Responding to Enquiries: Contact data submitted by you is processed to respond to your specific enquiry or support request. Legal basis: performance of a pre-contractual interaction and your consent in making contact.
- Legal Compliance: Where required by Applicable Law, pak360 may process data to comply with legal obligations including regulatory requests, court orders or law enforcement demands. Legal basis: compliance with legal obligation.
pak360 does not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individual users.
7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
pak360 uses cookies and similar browser-based storage technologies to support the operation of the Platform. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by your browser when you visit a website. Cookies cannot execute code or deliver viruses.
The table below summarises the cookie categories used on pak360:
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Instructions for managing cookies vary by browser — consult your browser's help documentation for guidance. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect the Platform's ability to function correctly.
8. Data Sharing & Disclosure
pak360 does not sell, rent, trade or otherwise share personal data with third parties for commercial or marketing purposes. Data may be disclosed in the following limited and controlled circumstances only:
- Service Providers (Data Processors): pak360 may engage third-party service providers — such as web hosting companies, analytics providers and infrastructure operators — to process data on our behalf and under our instruction. These processors are contractually prohibited from using data for their own purposes.
- Legal Requirements: pak360 may disclose data where required to do so by law, court order, regulatory request or government authority — including under laws applicable in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction from which the Platform is accessed. We will notify affected users where legally permissible.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or a portion of the Platform's assets, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. Users will be notified in advance where required by law.
- Protection of Rights: Personal data may be disclosed where necessary to protect the legal rights, property or safety of pak360, its users or the public.
In all cases of disclosure, pak360 takes appropriate steps to minimise the amount of personal data shared and to ensure that any recipient maintains appropriate data protection standards.
9. International Data Transfers
pak360 operates using web hosting and infrastructure services that may be located outside Pakistan. As a result, personal data collected through the Platform may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than your country of residence — including countries that may not have data protection laws equivalent to those in your jurisdiction.
Where such international transfers occur, pak360 takes appropriate steps to ensure that personal data is protected in a manner consistent with this Policy. These steps may include contractual clauses with service providers or reliance on their compliance with recognised international data protection frameworks.
Pakistani users should be aware that Pakistan's data protection framework is developing and that international data transfers may be subject to specific requirements under emerging domestic legislation. Users who have concerns about cross-border data processing should contact us using the details in Section 16.
10. Data Retention
pak360 retains personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by Applicable Law. The following general retention principles apply:
- Technical / Usage Data: Typically retained for up to 26 months in aggregated or pseudonymised form for analytics purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised beyond recovery.
- Support / Contact Data: Email correspondence retained for up to 12 months from the date of resolution, after which it is securely deleted.
- Security Logs: Technical logs retained for up to 90 days for security and incident-investigation purposes.
- Cookie Data: Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies expire at the intervals specified in the cookie itself, typically not exceeding 24 months.
Where you exercise your right to erasure (see Section 12), pak360 will delete relevant personal data within 30 days unless a legal basis for continued retention exists.
11. Security Measures
pak360 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction or disclosure. These measures include:
- HTTPS encryption across all pages of the Platform;
- Access controls restricting internal data access to authorised personnel only;
- Regular review of data handling practices and security configurations;
- Secure disposal procedures for data no longer required.
No security system is impenetrable. While pak360 applies commercially reasonable safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by Applicable Law.
12. Your Data Rights
Subject to Applicable Law, you have the following rights in relation to personal data that pak360 holds about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). We will respond within 30 days of receiving a valid request.
Right of Access
You may request a copy of the personal data pak360 holds about you, along with information about how it is processed.
Right to Rectification
You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data that pak360 holds about you.
Right to Erasure
You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, subject to legal retention obligations.
Right to Restrict Processing
You may request that pak360 restricts processing of your data in certain circumstances — for example, while a rectification request is under review.
Right to Object
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, including analytics. pak360 will assess whether its interests override yours in such cases.
Right to Data Portability
Where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means, you may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
pak360 will not charge a fee for processing legitimate data subject requests unless they are manifestly unfounded or excessive. If your request is refused, we will provide written reasons and inform you of your right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
13. Minors and Age Restrictions
pak360 is an adults-only Platform. Access is strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or licence jurisdiction applicable to any gambling content referenced on the Platform.
pak360 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the minimum eligible age. If you believe that a minor has provided personal data to pak360, or is accessing the Platform in breach of this age restriction, please contact us immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link).
Upon receiving a verified notification that data has been collected from a minor, pak360 will take immediate steps to delete that data and restrict further access where technically possible.
14. Third-Party Links & External Platforms
pak360 content may reference or describe third-party online platforms — including gambling operators, sports organisations and payment services. Where editorial references to organisations such as PSL, ICC, Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah appear, these are informational context only.
pak360 does not control the privacy practices of any third-party platform. If you navigate from pak360 to an external site — including a gambling operator's registration page — that site's own privacy policy will govern the data it collects from you. pak360 accepts no responsibility for third-party data practices.
Users are strongly encouraged to read the privacy policy of any third-party platform before submitting personal data, creating an account or making financial transactions.
15. Changes to This Policy
pak360 reserves the right to update, amend or replace this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates will be published to this page and the "Last reviewed" date will be updated accordingly. Where changes are material — i.e., they affect the nature of data collected, the purposes of processing, or your rights — pak360 will take reasonable steps to bring the changes to users' attention.
Your continued use of pak360 following the publication of an updated Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of the revised terms. If you do not accept the updated Policy, you should cease using the Platform.
